'People only take us for granted because we let them. We let slip faults too easily, we make ourselves too available, we put too low our expectations, and hold in our disappointments too often. But then we do this, only because they mean more to us, than we do to them. Yet, how can we help it?' - my wise junior, Eunice.
For all the crap you hand me, this, is for you. ok, maybe you don't mean that much to me anymore. but you get the point. the bit about holding in our disappointments too often? look at yourself and tell me how many times you've made my heart drop with a mere email or text. if i keep count, it's been three times. maybe more. i'm not usually that nit-picky but you're driving me to the edge. i try. i keep stuff i say in check, i watch how i am around you, i PRETEND nothing happened between us when we're with other people or even on a daily basis. i don't bring anything up. nothing. we go on with life as usual, and you deceptively lead me to think everything's fine. but in fact, you're brewing thoughts in your mind i don't even wanna imagine what's going on in there. you think i'm doing you a disfavour and treating you different from everybody else. you think i'm out to spite you. oh come on. quit lying to yourself. are you even worth the effort for me to think up ideas to spite you? you're not even fun to spite, for one. (everything else i just typed after this got deleted for some reason omg now even blogger hates me what's this. D:) geez i can't remember what i typed. everything was so impulsive just now. i guess God doesn't want me to continue typing all those bitter stuff that i was almost gonna post. but yeah. just in case you read this, i just want you to know that i'm not gonna change for you. so get over your whole insecurity and whatever shit that's making you hate me cause i treat everybody the same way. and if you don't think the problem lies with you, then i'm sorry. that's the best i can do, i'm merely trying to accommodate you and if you can't learn to accommodate me, then sad to say, this is the way the world works. give and take.
