the Gospel changes everything, doesn't it? (: Sing For You on saturday was really cool and awesome! i didn't know our chinese youth are such talented songwriters. and it was exciting to see many people turn to Christ. including abi chua's friend, which i can't remember her name ): ah wells. my memory's failing me. but yeah! so hyped! I missed oh happy day that afternoon, but i managed to steal one of the pretty speechbubble boards from clarissa (:

plus, one of the people i care most about finally came on saturday. which makes the day even sweeter, though it was tinged with a little sadness. but, hey bro. it's good to see you again. (:

it's a week of CIP for me this week! plus PW. and then i'm off to hongkong on saturday to wed plus? and then it's mugging for the rest of the holidays except Shooting club BBQ night on tues of week 3 and famine camp on 17-18th.

i was originally looking forward to famine camp. cause i was gonna fast for a huge cause in my life. but now that i've given it up, i think i'm fasting for almost nothing. i'm gonna die from starvation ): but i think i'll try and use the time to pray when we've got free time. maybe the two days will be more fruitful if i spend it with God.

colours
navy blue and white have to be the best colours form school uniforms! i went for tuition today and saw ac barker kids. in my opinion, ac uniforms just make you look sexy and awesome in general. it doesn't matter how noob your face is, as long as you have an ac uniform on you're good to go. oh, and mg uniform too (: i miss the comfy uniform which doesn't require tucking in of shirt. heh. like, the best uniform on earth! i don't understand why people think mg uniforms are:
1) gross and unflattering
2) makes you look fat
3) unglamorous (sailor moon collars anyone?)

i'll fight back! here are my reasons why the mg uniform should be the best in the whole wide world:
1) it's two coloured!! unlike nj or any other jc uniform (other than sa and rj and ac and..) and the colour contrast is so old school. i like.
2) it's baggy and hides your fats if you've got any! what could be better?
3) well, sailormoon collars on singapore school uniforms are hard to come by. so it makes the uniform unique. oh and you get to show off your sexy collar bones (:

SEE? ( this post is meant for abigail g. who is deluding herself that the cedar uniform is the best. it might be voted best by the public cause maybe everybody else is blind? hahaha)

i didn't realise how attached i am to mg until this afternoon. cause everytime i go for tuition, i have to sign in and write my school beside my name. no doubt about it. i wrote MGS in caps and almost handed the list back before i realised i should have written NHC ): darn. i feel so old and lost without the name MGS to my current profile.

but! on a brighter note! annabelle and i may be going back tomorrow! to eat and absorb the essence of mg. get our fill before another long drought of no mg spirit. until love mg. i am absolutely gonna go for love mg this year! abee chan and me have always wanted to go but i could never find time. i shall go this year. i'll have all the time in the world cause it's the day after common tests are over ((: it shall be my date with abee-1st july <3

yepps. it's been a really long weekend break for me! saturday all the way to tuesday(: all thanks to college day. courtesy of NJC.

but saturday seemed like a school day to me because we had lessons from 1 to 4 before helping for college day all the way to 8. but it doesn't matter cause i'd probably be equally unproductive if i stayed home. just like how the past 3 days just disappeared into thin air. BUT! the good thing is I UNDERSTAND AND CAN DO CORRELATION AND REGRESSION NOW. BEAT THAT :D but dynamics is giving me a headache. it's SUPPOSED TO BE EASY. wtfrackk. and my physics is supposed to be better than this.

I shot 30 on a white card last friday! it was kinda lousy cause 10 plus were totally everywhere and the other 20 created a huge hole in my card. literally blasted through it. and the grouping was huge. ): wisely and mok said it looked like i shot with a machine gun and the card looked like monster skin as the whole card was ripped up. hehh. and wisely waved it about and chuanan saw it and prolly remarked about how i'm better than him again (which i missed this time as i was listening to wenying brief me on my training plan :O) did i mention my training plan is really really long!! i don't think i can finish everything in 2 hours! but i'll try anyway (: wenying sent out info on trials for the national youth team haha. i can't make it yet. obviously. maybe next year. but then next year would be As. then i might not get to shoot after that already. ): how i wish i'd gotten started on this earlier.

anyway, here's a new MV for the road. (: probably won't be blogging till the end of the week.

election results was kinda exciting. but paled in comparison to playful kiss and gong zhu xiao mei hahahaha. i happened to be channel flipping and suddenly realised that du hui tai was airing free for some weird reason! that channel is awesome stuff. it's a must have for taiwan hongkong and korean drama fans. gosh. and the best thing? playful kiss <3 i've wanted to watch that show for the longest time but i haven't been free ): so it was fangirling over KHJL with my brother (ahahahah) and rediscovering wuzun. img it's been a long time! :O

STRESS WEEK IS OVER! it kinda ended by thursday morning so i've been working at a much slower pace for the past two days.

let's not talk about how screwed maths and econs was this week and how i failed again, shall we?

NJ SHOOTING CLUB ARG <3
team meeting yesterday was long drawn but pretty fruitful! i am absolutely excited about the fact that i'm going to get my training plan by next week so i can start training with some structure. gosh. i've never liked cca this much! CL last time was just fun cause people like grace foo and baozi and a bunch of other people are awesome people to chat with. but anyway! i wish carol could be my mentor. but ah wells. she can't or else there'd be conflict cause people would get jealous i have a high profile national youth team shooter whose average score at her peak was 393/400 for my mentor. so. but i don't mind others like wee or aiting! given they're national youth team shooters as well (:

i find it really weird how i know so many high profile sports people despite not being an athlete myself. like, julienne keong, kok joee and carol lee. weird huh. go google. you'll find their names somewhere in some sporting achievement.

cell yesterday was good! i got to meet a new friend, lishan! she's a new Christian and she talks about God so passionately and you can really tell she's hungry for God. it really inspires me and pushes me to get back and start spending more time with Him and hunger for Him more.

Nothing can separate even if i ran away cause Your love never fails
PW has got to be the most tiring thing ever. i didn't believe seniors when they said that PW would be the bane of your life. i thought PW would be FUN. gosh i love projects. just not when 500 word reports are required and the standard set is this high. D: it's tiring! i spend hours daily trying again and again. rephrase, summarise, add points. rephrase summarise add points rephrasesummariseaddpoints. confuse myself over and over. hard stuff this is. i need to get it done by tuesday but mr heah seems adamant to stick to editing it for only two times. not enough. really really not enough. i don’t think other teachers give limits even. i don’t like this one bit. i hope i do good for this PI crap cause it’s taken way too much of my time. three tests coming up next week. here’s the count down for the week:

5 days to another long weekend
4 days to heaving a great sigh of relief. all tests end by thursday
3 days to physics test. which i want to pass so badly but haven’t had time to practise.
2 days to the submission of PI
1 day to going back to school from a long weekend

God, i just really need you to give me the strength to pull through this week. i think this will be the last packed week. no more lecture tests after this week. i’ve been bearing with the stress and just dragging myself through life daily. it’s so painful and i’m tired. i feel like giving up at times. remember i almost quit school at the start of the week? sometimes i wish i did. so so tired. 4 hours of sleep on a weekday. i repay my sleep debt on weekends with 7 hours. but it’s not enough. God, i need you to guide me as i put in my all to stay afloat. it’s not gonna be easy but i’m gonna try. You’ll be there for me too, right? thanks dad.
